What is your return policy?

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to return an item if you are not satisfied. Returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, unused, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.

For online orders, UK customers also have the right to cancel most purchases within 14 days of receiving their order. After notifying us of your cancellation, you then have 14 days to return the item to us.

As we aim to process orders as quickly as possible, any order changes or cancellation requests before dispatch should be requested as soon as possible after placing your order. Once an order has been processed or dispatched, we may not be able to change or cancel it. However, you may still return eligible items after receiving your order in line with our returns policy.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or there was an error on our part.

What are your delivery costs?

We offer free delivery on all orders across the United Kingdom.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we deliver only within the United Kingdom.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number, allowing you to monitor the delivery status of your package. You can also use our Track Your Order page.
